A working contact method

Email aleetraders041@gmail.com. The link opens the email application on your device. If it does not, copy the address into your usual email service. This is a static site without an on-page contact form: clicking the link does not submit or store a message on the website. We cannot confirm your email reaches the inbox until the mailbox owner tests delivery after deployment.

Reporting a calculator issue

Please include the tool page, the inputs you used without sharing sensitive account data, the result you expected and what the page displayed. Tell us your browser and device if a button fails or the layout is hard to use. A screenshot that shows example numbers can help; crop out identifying information. We can examine a reproducible arithmetic or display issue, but cannot verify a lender quote or investment return for your personal case.

Suggesting a correction

For a guide, include the exact page address and sentence, the reason you think it is wrong and a current primary source if you have one. Interest rates, eligibility and UK rules can change. We would rather correct a qualified statement than leave a misleading one live. Suggestions for a new question are welcome, but an email does not guarantee publication or a reply by a particular date.

Protect your information

Do not email passwords, account numbers, payment-card data, identity documents, full tax records or sensitive medical information. Ordinary email is not a secure intake service. For an account emergency, suspected fraud, arrears or a time-sensitive loan problem, contact your provider or an appropriate advice service directly. R6 Marketplace does not provide individual tax, legal, mortgage or investment advice through the inbox.

Emails and updates

If you click a request-updates link, your email application prepares an ordinary message. No automated mailing list is installed in this release; sending an email is not an instant subscription. The inbox owner may read and respond to your message. Read the Privacy Policy for details of how correspondence and hosting logs may be handled. You can ask about an email you sent by writing from the same address.
